Lynn has been teaching classes in cake decorating in the Omaha area for several years.

Beginning classes have featured icing a cake, star tip decorating and writing/printing, while more advanced classes have explored various techniques, including: borders, flowers (roses, pansies, mums, daisies), basketweave, color flow, tiered cakes, rolled fondant, gum paste, ribbon cutting, and more.
